Meet the Founder
Keisha Freeman, MSW, LMSW
Keisha Freeman is the Founder and Owner of Level Up Consulting Agency LLC. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker, mental health educator, consultant, and speaker passionate about helping people move from survival to sustainable growth.
Her life and work have taught her that resilience isn’t about never breaking — it’s about learning how to rebuild stronger. She understands what it means to navigate pressure, identity challenges, family dynamics, and personal growth, and she brings that understanding into her work with authenticity and compassion.
Keisha’s approach is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, allowing her to connect with individuals and organizations in a way that is real, practical, and impactful.
EXPERIENCE
Keisha has over a decade of experience supporting students, families, and communities in school systems, clinical environments, and community-based settings.
Her professional experience includes:
- Perinatal mental health work supporting women and families
- Behavioral health clinical services
- Teaching and mentoring in academic settings
- Advocacy and direct client support
- Community education and outreach
